Food Safety in Restaurant, Catering Level 2

Food Safety Training Course level 2 outlines what all employees must be able to demonstrate within 3-6 months of starting to work.

 

Who should attend?

All food handlers and non-food handlers who work in your business (food service, manufacturing and retail) whether they are full time or part time members of staff, seasonal or occasional workers or voluntary staff members.

Employees who have completed Level 1 and are continuing to work in your food business are required to have additional food safety skills.
